Genevieve Heyward

Genevieve Heyward is a Nashville-based indie rock artist whose career has been nothing short of a whirlwind. With a knack for authentic lyrics and a witty sense of humor, Genevieve has captivated audiences both nationally and internationally, touring across the U.S. and Europe. 

She’s opened for well renowned artists such as Gayle (‘abcdefu’), Butch Walker, Eric McFadden (George Clinton and P-Funk), Ethel Cain, Willie Carlisle, and Pat McDonald (‘Future’s So Bright I Gotta Wear Shades), with more in the works going into this year. She’s released numerous singles and released her debut EP ‘Sprinkles’ in the fall of 2025. Genevieve's 2024 single "Lame" was chosen as Lightning 100 Nashville's DJ Pick of the Week and earned her a finalist spot at the station's yearly best-of-the-best Music City Mayhem. She’s currently appearing in this year’s season 24 of American Idol.
